Zetronix offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you want to return or exchange your order, get in touch with them within 30 days of receiving it. All products are under a 1-year warranty which begins from the purchase date and ends exactly 365 days from that date. The warranty only covers defects, not damage caused by using the product. If you think your product is acting up, get in touch with Zetronix as soon as possible.

Before sending anything back, you must contact Zetronix first. Returns must include everything that was sent to you, including packaging and accessories, and they need to be in original condition. If you return your product without first contacting Zetronix and getting an RMA, or if your return does not meet the conditions above, up to a 30% fee will be deducted from your refund.

Due to the nature of the products Zetronix sells, they assess a small restocking fee of 15% on all returns. If you received a defective product, contact Zetronix first and they will help you troubleshoot. If their team determines the product is defective, they will replace it with a brand new product for free.

If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different product rather than receive a refund, contact Zetronix within 30 days of receiving your item. If your order is over the standard 20-pound (9.1-kilogram) weight limit, it is considered oversized and may require shipment in multiple boxes. Zetronix will contact you for approval of any changes made to your shipping costs. The vast majority of orders ship the same day if placed by 5:00 PM EST.
